The Vacation Haven is located in St.Bran's Burg, Jamaica.

We can make arrangements for pickup at the airport on arrival and drop off on departure.

Check-in is by 12 NOON

Check-out is by 11 AM

The villa has 2 bedroom floors.

The Main Floor Room

The main floor room has 1 bedroom for easy access with 2 Queen Beds and an Ensuite Bathroom with a lovely view of the pool.

The top floor features 3 bedrooms, the Master bedroom and 2 guest rooms.

The Master Bedroom

The Master Bedroom has a wrap around balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean, golf course, rolling hills and gardens. It features a King sized bed, beautiful spa ensuite bathroom with spa tub and walk-in double shower.

The King Guest

The King Guest room has a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and beautiful golf course view.

The Queens

The Queens has 2 queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and beautiful top views of the pool, rolling hills and gardens.

The villa comes with 4 staff members.

We recommend planning to tip the staff 15% of the cost of your stay. The tip will be distributed amongst the staff.

There is also a groundskeeper to ensure that the pool and grounds are always at its best.

There are four large bedrooms to choose from, this property is ideal for 12 adults. However, if you have small children traveling with your group, room occupancy can be increased without sacrificing comfort. The house can sleep up to 14 guests.

At The Vacation Haven, we require a minimum stay of 2 days due to our commitment to providing a bespoke vacation experience tailored to your individual needs.

However, to truly enjoy the full range of privacy, luxury, and convenience we offer — including our exclusive butler service — we highly recommend booking a stay of at least 7 days. This allows you ample time to fully relax, unwind, and make the most of all the amenities and personalized services designed to enhance your stay.

The villa comes with a state of the art personal chef.

The chef is prepared to make your stay a personalized experience with your very own customized menu throughout your stay.

Prior to arrival

In order to ensure a smooth arrival we will pre-purchase your meals so that you and your guests can get settled in. We will send you the standard meal options for your arrival lunch, dinner and breakfast the next morning. You get a chance to make any edits if you would like. Prior to your departure we will send you the bill for the groceries purchased for the meals. An invoice will be emailed to you, you can make the payment via Debit or Credit Card.

During your Stay

You can choose to go shopping with the chef for your groceries for the remainder of your stay or we can purchase the groceries based on your customized meal choices. The bill will be sent to you prior to your departure, you are requested to settle the bill the day before you leave.

Tips Tips can be added to the invoice on the bill received and the money will be divided amongst the staff.

Your major costs will include food, ground transport, and activities.

A typical grocery budget is $90 USD per adult per day and $20-25 USD per day for children.

This may vary depending on market prices and menus. When booking with us, you have the option of pre-paying for meals and your personalized chef will work with you to develop your customized meal plan for your entire stay.
